A fun and motivating challenge for kids ages 6–14 designed to build confidence, endurance, and perseverance. Participants will complete 10 rounds of sparring (3 minutes each), followed by 100 sit-ups and 50 push-ups at their own pace. BJJ kids will train on Mat 1 and Karate kids on Mat 2. Once completed, kids will receive a snack, juice, and a Challenge Day certificate. Fully supervised by our instructors.
